    • Osage Industries: Purchased and turned around a failing van conversion and ambulance manufacturing company, doubling its size and making it one of the largest ambulance manufacturers globally.
    • Jefferson City Ford Dealership: Became one of the youngest Ford dealers in the nation in 1992, building a successful business and becoming involved in community organizations.
  • Community Involvement:
    • Chairman of the Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce and United Way Fund Drive.
    • Active in youth development with Boy Scouts, 4-H, and Special Olympics of Missouri.
  • Public Service:
    • Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission: Served as Chairman, improving Missouri’s road system significantly.
    • State Senate: Elected in 2010, served as Majority Floor Leader, working across party lines to pass balanced budgets, protect children and seniors, cut regulations, and create jobs.
    • Lieutenant Governor: Focuses on promoting Missouri businesses, expanding job growth, advocating for seniors, and supporting veterans.
  • Priorities:
    • Provide world-class education.
    • Expand workforce development.
    • Cut red tape to attract high-paying jobs.
  • Personal Life:
    • Married to Claudia, with four children.
    • Champion cutting horse rider and successful cattle farmer on a 700-acre farm in Phelps and Pulaski Counties.
